Direct Shipment (European and Australasian shipments excepted):

Upon confirmation of P.O.’s, leadtime needed to produce orders is 45 days. Example:

• If order places on January 1st.,
• Shipment leaves factory by February 15th.
• Supposing it catches a vessel that leaves immediately, ETA to the west coast is March 1st.
• 15 days ocean transit time to the west-coast.
• 7 to 10 days of inland rail across the continent if DC is on the east-coast.
  Ex terminal:- 1) Hong Kong; or 2) Yantian, China.

Options:

• POE shipment – all customs duty, taxes & freight duly paid delivered direct to customer’s DC.
• FOB shipment – freight to be arranged by customer at point of departure. Duty, taxes, drayage and trucking are on customer’s account.

Ex Warehouse Gardena & warehouse Toronto (European and Australasian shipments excepted):

• Leadtime:- 2 days to 2 calendar weeks depend on locations of shipment.
• EDI capable.
• Fedex, UPS, DHL electronic courier capable.
• Chep pallet available upon request or ordinary pallets will be utilized for all shipments.
• Facility capable to accommodate LTL trucks as well as full size trucks.
